HDe不同扫描序列对肛瘘的诊断的比较研究

目的比较不同磁共振成像序列对肛瘘病变的成像效果的影响,找出适宜于肛瘘诊断的序列。方法 31例临床诊断肛瘘的患者,分别采用磁共振扫描序列:T1WI、T2WI、T2WI抑脂、STIR、DWI,比较上述各种序列在肛瘘内口、瘘管及分支或脓肿的显示率。结果 T2WI、T2WI抑脂和DWI综合应用对肛瘘内口、瘘管和脓肿显示较其他序列更为满意。结论 T2WI、T2WI抑脂和DWI综合应用是诊断肛瘘的敏感检查序列,能够为外科手术方式的选择提供较为准确的影像依据。

Comparative Study of HDe on Different Scan Sequence in Dignosis of Anal Fistula

Objective To compare the effect of different MRI scan sequences on the quality anal fistula MRI images.To find the suitable sequence for the diagnosis of anal fistula.Materials and Methods 31 cases with anal fistula were examined by MRI in different sequences：T1WI,T2WI,T2WI（Inhibit fat）,STIR and DWI.The display rate of anal internal orifice,fistula formL？branch fistula or abscess in different sequences were compared.Result The integrated program of T2WI,T2WI（Inhibit fat）,and DWI had better effect in the display of fistula.Conclusion The integrated program of T2WI,T2WI（Inhibit fat） and DWI is sensitive sequences in the diagnosis of fistula.It can provide imaging basis for the choosing of operation modes.
