微指尖的临床再植

目的：探讨微指尖再植的特点及临床疗效。方法利用高倍显微镜吻合指动脉终末支重建血供，再植微指尖23例26指。结果再植微指尖26指全部成活。术后随访2～16个月（平均6个月），除1指指甲有增厚卷曲畸形，其余25指外形满意、皮色正常、甲体生长平整、功能良好，再植指尖无明显萎缩，两点辨别觉4～6 mm。结论采用显微外科技术，微指尖再植可获得较高的成活率和满意的疗效。

The clinical replantation of tiny fingertip

Objective To discuss the characteristics and clinical curative effect of micro fingertip replantation. Methods Anastomosis under high power microscope were used to reconstruct the terminal branch fingertip blood supply, 26 fingers were replanted 23 cases. Results 26 micro finger replantation all survived. Postoperative follow-up of 2~16 months （average 6 months）, in addition 1 had thickening of the crimp in the nail, the rest of the 25 had satisfactory appearance, normal colour, nail growth was flat and level, the function was good, replanted fingertips had no obvious atrophy, 2-PD was 4~6 mm. Conclusion Using microsurgical technique, micro fingertip replantation can obtain high survival rate and satisfactory curative effect.
