| 摘 要： | 银屑病发病机理各家学说不一,我们认为可能与皮肤角质硬化、受损变性,妨碍或破坏了维生素D_s的合成有关。作者在这方面进行了一些探讨,将10％水杨酸软膏和维生素D_3软膏交替用于临床。经30例患者2～8周的治疗,取得了良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Different schools have different theories of the pathogenisis of psoriasis. We think it probably correlates with keratoderma sclerosis, skin degeneration by jnjury and its disturbing and destorying the synthesis of Vitamin D3,10% salicylic acid Ointment and Vitamin D3 Ointment have been used in clinic aternately, 30 patients with psoriasis were treated by the use of the two ointments alternately from 2 to 8 weeks, suggesting it has a good curative effect. |
