某破产国有煤矿职工职业病普复查情况调查及其管理对策

目的探讨破产国有煤矿职业病普复查管理对策，作好破产国有煤矿职工安置工作。方法回顾调查2001年义马煤业集团破产煤矿(宜洛煤矿)职业病普复查和职业病诊断工作。结果职工职业健康检查率为65．06％，尘肺(观察期以上)患者复查率为68．26％，尘肺病检出率为6．93％，尘肺病发病率为3．41％。结论广泛宣传职业病防治法，使职工认识破产前职业健康检查的意义，积极参加职业健康检查工作；同时破产国有煤矿也要明确表示，不参加职业健康检查者，不得解除或者终止与其定立的劳动合同。

Survey on the Widespread and Repeated Occupational Physical Examinations for Coalminers in a Bankrupt State-owned Coalmine

[Objective] To explore the managerial measures in widespread and repeated occupational physical examinations for coalminers' in bankrupt state-owned coalmines. [Methods] A retrospective survey was carried out on the widespread and repeated examination work for coalminers' occupational diseases in bankrupt state-owned coalmines of Yima in 2001. [Results] The occupational physical examination rate was 65.06%; the repeated examination rate for pneumoconiosis patients was 68.26%; the detection rate of pneumoconiosis was 6.93%; the morbidity of pneumoconiosis was 3.41%. [Conclusion] Educational work should be carried out for coalminers to make them realize the importance of physical examination; effective measures should be taken to protect the coalminers' rights to receive occupational physical examination.
