广州市某高校社区代谢综合征患者健康教育效果评价

目的了解暨南大学社区代谢综合征患者健康教育干预效果。方法在基线调查的基础上，采用社区干预、行为干预、心理干预等方法实施健康教育，并自编调查问卷，在健康教育前后对627名代谢综合征患者进行调查。结果健康教育干预前后疾病相关知识知晓率提高均值为25．7个百分点，健康行为形成率改变明显，其均值提高13．1个百分点。结论对代谢综合征患者健康教育干预可以提高患者的疾病知识水平，建立良好的生活习惯和生活方式，是防治代谢综合征的有效途径之一。

Evaluation on Health Education among Metabolic Syndrome Patients in the Community of A University in Guangzhou

Objective] To learn the intervention efficacy on health education among metabolic syndrome patients in the community of Jiiaan University. Methods] Based on the baseline investigation, health education was implemented by adopting the methods such as community intervention, behavior intervention and mental intervention. With the pre-compiled questionnaires, a survey was conducted among 627 metabolic syndrome patients in respect of health education. Results] The patients＇awareness rate of the disease post the health education increased by 25.7% averagely compared with the rate prior the education, and the rate of health behaviors increased by 13.1% on an average baisis. Conclusion] The health education invention on metabolic syndrome patients is useful to improve the knowledge of patients and help them building a healthier life style. It is thus one of the most effective ways to prevent and cure the metabolic syndrome.
