| 摘 要： | 目的：寻求萃取麻黄总碱的最佳碱性条件。方法：将按中国药典法提取所得酸液加氢氧化钠试液使成碱性，调其pH为8．00～13．00共6个不同的pH，余同药典法测定总碱的含量；另外，用毛细管区带电泳法分析不同碱性条件下萃取所得总碱的指纹图谱。结果：不同碱性条件下萃取的总碱含量有很大差异，总碱的指纹图谱也大不相同。结论：在pH为12．00时，麻黄总碱提取率最高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop the best condition of extract the total alkaloids in Mahuang. Methods: After alka lied the acid solution which distilled according to ChP by NaOH solution, adjusted the alkaline solution' s pH into six different value from 8. 00 to13. 00, then determined the content of the total alkaloids in the Mahuang according to ChP: In addition, analysed the fingerprint of the total alkaloid extracted from Mahuang under different alkali conditions by capillary zone electrophoresis ( CZE ). Results: The contents of the extracted total alkaloids are different, and their fingerprints are different too. Conclusion:On the condition of the pH 12,the extraction rate of the total alkaloids in Mahuang is the highest. |
