硫铁矿烧渣中铁浸出率影响因素的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨硫酸用量、助溶剂种类及用量、温度、时间对硫铁矿烧渣中铁浸出率的影响,进而得到酸浸的最佳工艺条件。方法以硫铁矿烧渣为原料与硫酸直接反应,滤液用重铬酸钾法滴定铁离子的含量,进行多组单因素对比实验分析,从而得到各因素对铁离子浸出率影响的变化规律。结果实验得到了硫酸用量、温度、时间对铁离子浸出率的影响规律。结论各因素对铁离子浸出率均有一定的影响,酸浸的最佳工艺条件为硫酸浓度4 mol/L,助溶剂选择氯化钠且其与硫酸摩尔比为1?20,反应温度95℃,反应时间2 h。

Abstract:Objective: To explore influencing factors of iron leaching rate on the dosage of sulfuric acid,solvent type and dosage,temperature and time in pyrite cinder,and obtain process conditions of the acid leaching.Methods: Pyrite cinder as the raw materials reacted with sulphuric acid directly,filtrate employing dichromate titration method was used to measure the content of iron,analysis of multiple single factor experiment was conducted and the change rule of iron ion leaching rate was obtained.Results: The experiment showed the influencing rule of sulfuric acid dosage,temperature,and the time on leaching rate of iron ion.Conclusion: Various factors of iron leaching rate has certain effect,and the optimum technological conditions of acid leaching are sulphuric acid concentration 4mol/L,sodium chloride as cosolvent and reaction with sulphuric acid ratio of 1︰20,reaction temperature 95 degrees and reaction time 2h.
