30例小儿上消化道出血原因分析

目的分析小儿上消化道出血原因。方法 回顾、总结、分析30例小儿上消化道出血的临床资料。结果消化性溃疡26例,占首位,其中以十二指肠溃疡为兰,占50％,慢性浅表性胃炎占34.6％,应激性溃癌占15.4％,另有肝硬化门脉高压、食管胃底静脉曲张4例。结论 小儿上消化道出血与原发性消化性溃疡及继发性应激性溃疡关系密切,而食管胃底静脉曲张也是上消化道出血最常见的原因之一。

Analysis on the Causes of Infantile Hemorrhage of Upper Digestive Tract in 30 Cases

Objective To analyze the causes of infantile hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods 30 cases of infantile hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were reviewed, summarized and analyzed. Results 26 cases showed peptic ulcer,50% of which was duodenal ulcer,34.6% of which was chronic superficial gastritis and 15.4% was stress ulcer;there were another 4 cases with portal hypertension due to cirrhosis and esophageal varices of fundus of stomach. Conclusion Infantile hemorrhage of upper digestive tract has a close relationship with primary peptic ulcer and secondary stress ulcer,and esophageal varices of fundus of stomach is also one of the most common causes of infantile hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.
