环节质量控制在血标本管理中的应用

目的探讨血标本分析前的质量控制对医学实验室质量体系的影响。方法根据送检标本接收时发现质量不合格及质量有缺陷的标本,计算其不合格率或缺陷率,找出终末质量控制中,血标本管理方面存在的缺陷,进行观察分析,改终末质量控制为环节质量控制。结果环节质量控制较终末质量控制在标本凝固、选错试管、试管未写科室姓名、血量不符、标本溶血等方面,有明显的改善,缺陷率由4.896%下降到0.629%,P<0.001。结论重视血标本在采集前的准备、采集、保存与运送方面等的环节质量控制,才能确保血标本质量,为临床医疗工作提供可靠、准确和及时的检测结果。

Links Control in Blood Sample Management

Objective To explore the influence of quality control in blood sample management.Methods According to disqualification and disfigurement of blood sample,the author counted the disqualification rate and disfigurement rate.By using the methods of contrastive,they found out and analyed disfigurement of blood sample management.Results Compared with end quality control,links control was better in sample concretion,wrong tubes,forgetting to write names on tubes,wrong blood volume and sample hemolysis.The disfigurement rate dropped from 4.896% to 0.629%.Conclusion Only attaching importance to links quality control of blood sample at preparation,collection,conservation and transportation can insure the quality of blood sample and offer the reliable,correct and timely result for working.
