| 摘 要： | 目的观察全瓷冠烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的临床效果。方法符合纳入标准的77例144颗前牙予全瓷冠烤瓷贴面修复,并与同期制作的金属烤瓷修复体以CDA评价标准进行临床效果对比观察。结果观察组在解剖外形、颜色、牙龈刺激及龈缘灰线情况等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全瓷冠烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复可取得良好的临床效果,值得在临床推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of all-ceramic crowns porcelain veneers in restoration of anterior teeth. Methods 77 cases of patients （144 anterior teeth） who met inclusion criteria were given all-ceramic crowns porcelain veneer restoration, and the clinical effects were observed and compared according to CDA evaluation criteria in same period. Results Experimental group is significantly better than control group in aspects of anatomical shape, color, gum stimulation and the gingival margin gray lines （P〈0.05）. Comparison in two groups showed significantly statistically difference （P〈0.05）, Conclusion All-ceramic crowns porcelain veneers cosmetic can get a good clinical results in restoration of anterior teeth, and deserve application and popularize in clinical work. |
