运动对糖尿病大鼠脑组织CuZn—SOD、CAT和GSH—Px活性的影响

摘    要:目的研究运动对糖尿病大鼠脑组织CuZn—SOD、CAT和GSH—Px活性的影响.方法雄性SD大鼠随即机为4组:对照组;运动组;糖尿病组和糖尿病运动组.一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素60mg/kg复制糖尿病模型.大鼠做跑台运动8周.在运动5min和3d后分别测定血浆乳酸和血糖.实验结束后,测定大鼠脑组织CuZn—SOD、CAT和GSH—Px活性.结果糖尿病组大鼠血浆乳酸和血糖明显高于对照组(P〈0.05).与糖尿病组比较,糖尿病运动组大鼠血浆乳酸和血糖明显降低(P〈0.05).糖尿病组和糖尿病运动组大鼠脑组织CuZn—SOD和GSH—Px活性明显低于对照组(P〈0.05).糖尿病组大鼠脑组织CAT活性明显低于对照组(P〈0.05).在糖尿病运动组中,运动对脑组织CAT活性无明显影响,但可以明显增加脑组织CuZn—SOD活性(P〈0.05).与糖尿病组比较,糖尿病运动组大鼠脑组织GSH—Px活性明显增加护〈0.05).结论运动能够增加糖尿病大鼠脑组织CuZn—SOD和GSH—Px活性.

The Effect of Exercise on Brain Activities of Cu Zn-SOD, CAT and GSH-PX of Diabetic Rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of exercise on brain activities of Cu Zn-SOD, CAT and GSH-Px of diabetic rats. Methods Male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups: Control, exercise, diabetic, and diabetic exercise. Diabetes was induced by single administration of streptozotocin (60 mg/kg). We used an aerobic exercise program for 8 weeks of rats in exercise group and diabetic exercise group. Plasma lactate and glucose was measured 5 mins and 3 days after exercise respectively. After the end of the experimental period, activities of CuZn-superoxide dismutase (Cu, Zn-SOD) , catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) of brain tissues were measured. Results Blood glucose and lactate levels were higher in diabetic groups than in control group. The glucose and lactate levels were significantly reduced in diabetic exercise rats compared to the diabetic group. Diabetes caused significant reduction of brain Cu Zn-SOD and GSH-Px activities in diabetic group and diabetic exercise group. CAT activity was decreased only in diabetic group. Exercise did not alter CAT activity of brain, whereas markedly incrased CuZn-SOD activity in diabetic exercise group. In contrast to diabetes-related decrease in the activity of Cu Zn-SOD, increase in GSH-Px activity was observed in diabetic exercise group compared with diabetic group. Conclusions Aerobic exercise can improve brain activities of Cu Zn-SOD and GSH-Px of diabetic rats.
