30例髋关节周围肌肉复合性运动损伤的诊治

目的:探索运动员髋关节周围肌肉复合性运动损伤的诊治方法。方法：在广东尖子运动员髋关节疼痛的诊治中，对于9例受伤涉及的肌肉带有共通性，即以累及股直肌、缝匠肌、阔筋膜张肌、臀中肌和股方肌等五块肌肉为主，临床表现为髋关节活动痛及出现假交锁的患诊断为急性髋关节周围肌肉复合性运动损伤。而对于没有明显受伤史，于髋前、外侧和臀部肌肉同时出现压痛及抗阻痛的21例病例诊断为慢性髋关节周围肌肉复合性运动损伤。以上30例患髋关节X光检查均未见异常。对以上病例采用局封、按摩、针灸和理疗等治疗，结果:优8例占27％，良16例占53％，中6例占20％，差无。结论：对于患有髋关节周围肌肉复合性运动损伤的运动员采用局封、按摩、针灸和理疗等治疗效果满意。

Complex Athletic Injury of Muscles Around Hip Joints ( a 30-case analysis)

Objective: To study for a guideline in the diagnosis and treatment of complex athletic injury of muscles around hip joints in athletes. Methods: 9 cases of athletic injury to retus femoris, satorius, tensor fasciae latae, gluteus medius and quadratus femoris, presenting with motion pain and pseudo-locked joint, were diagnosed with acute complex athletic injury of muscles around hip joints. Another 21 cases presenting with tenderness and resistive pain of anterior and lateral muscles of hip joints and buttock, but with no history of injury, were diagnosed with chronic complex athletic injury of muscles around hip joints. Radiography showed no remarkable abnormalities in these 30 cases. Local anesthesia, massage, acupuncture and physicotherapy were applied to the patients. Results: of the 30 patients, 8 were cured, 16 markedly improved and 6 improved. Conclusion: Local anesthesia, massage, acupuncture and physicotherapy were effective for eomplex athletic injury of muscles around hip joints.
