| 摘 要： | 在医院信息系统平台上开发病历回收管理系统，以每日出院病人数据为基础，进行逐份病历回收确认；同时具备初步质量审核简化录入功能，未归档病历自动检测、提醒功能，归档情况及缺陷自动统计、动态查询功能。实践证明，该系统应用于病案管理工作中，可明显提高工作效率，再配合相应奖惩措施，可提高三日归档率及三日完整率，适合在病历回收工作中推广。

| Abstract: | Medical record reclaim and management system is developed in hospital information system platform to confirm the medical records one by one based on daily data of discharged patients; Meanwhile, it is provided with functions such as simplified recording of quality preliminary examination and verification, automatic detection and calling of unfiled medical records, and automatic statistics and dynamic query of filing and imperfection. Practice has proved that, with the system applied in medical record management, work efficiency can be improved obviously. And if corresponding measures of rewards and penalties are established, three-day filing and three-day completeness percentage will be raised, which is suitable for promotion of medical record reclaim. |
