指端缺损的显微外科塑形修复

目的报道指端缺损的显微外科塑形修复方法及疗效。方法2005年5月—2007年10月,我们根据解剖组织学基础依据,采用多种皮瓣 甲体延长塑形修复160例指端缺损,重塑指甲、指体美观的外形,进行术后随访、功能评估。结果术后随访6～38个月,皮瓣完全成活,虽然指甲与健侧相比均有不同程度的缩短,但生长良好,未见甲根与甲床分离征象及明显畸形,指体外形得到极大改善,无指端疼痛感,基本不影响扣、拨、捏、抓等功能。结论手术操作简单、安全,术后手指外形与功能恢复患者较为满意,适合各级医院开展。

Moulding repair of finger-tip defect

Objective To report the repairing method and curative effect of finger-tip defect with microsurgery moulding.Methods From May 2005 to September 2007,according to the basis of anatomical histology, Multiple flaps and extend nail-body were used to moulding repair finger-tip defect in 160 cases, The following-up and functional estimation was applied. Results After operation followed-up for 6-38 months, the flaps all survived. Comparing with healthy lateral part, the nail shortened in different degree, there was no separate syndrome between nail and nail-bed, and the outline of nail had good improvement, had no influence in function. Conclusion It is a simple and safe procedure for treatment of finger-tip defect.
