| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊三角区炎症致密粘连时腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功率。方法根据胆囊三角区炎症粘连致密程度，选择镜下顺行切除胆囊、逆行切除胆囊或中转开腹切除胆囊。结果本组130例，腹腔镜下顺行切除胆囊9例；逆行切除115例，占88．4％；中转开腹切除胆囊6例。无一例肝外胆管损伤。结论根据镜下探查情况，酌情采用顺行、逆行切除胆囊或适时中转开腹切除胆囊，有助于提高胆囊三角区炎症致密粘连时腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功率，避免发生肝外胆管损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate LC success rate in patients with calot's triangle inflammatory closed adhesion.Methods According to calot's triangle inflammatory adhesion degree,antegrade LC,retrograde LC and conversion to OC were chosen.Results There were 9 cases receiving antegrade LC,115 cases retrograde LC(88.4%),and 6 cases converting to OC.There was no case of bile duct injury in 130 cases.Conclusion It contributes to raise LC success rate and to avoid extrahepatic duct injury that antegrade and retrograde c... |
