积极推动立法承认脑死亡判定标准

目前,世界上已有80多个国家承认了脑死亡的诊断标准,但我国目前仍沿用传统的死亡标准,原因是因为我们对脑死亡的概念还存在误区。对死亡观念的更新是社会进步的表现,在我国推动立法承认脑死亡标准,是医学界及法学界都要面对的重要课题。
