益气健脾中药对原发性高血压病患者糖耐量减低的干预作用

目的：研究益气健脾中药对原发性高血压糖耐量减低患者的血糖、血压、血脂的干预作用。方法：将符合糖耐量减低诊断标准的原发性高血压病患者64例随机分成2组，对照组31例，给卡托普利治疗；治疗组33例，除给卡托普利外另加健脾益气中药。结果：2组药物均能显著降低血压（P＜0.01），治疗组血压降得更好，但2组比较，差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）；治疗组能显著改善患者的血糖代谢及血脂代谢，与对照组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0.01）。结论：健脾益气中药能有效干预高血压病糖耐量减低患者的糖代谢及脂代谢。

The Interference of Glucose Tolerance Reduction by Qi-Bene fiting and Spleen-Strengthening Herbal Drugs in Essential Hypertension

Objective: To study the interference of blood suga blood pressure and blood lipid by qi - benefiting and spleen strengthening drugs (QSD) in essential hypertension with low gluco tolerance. Methods: 64 cases accorded with the diagnostic standai were allocated to control group (31 cases treated by Captopril) ar treatment group (33 cases treated by Captopril and QSD). Results The blood pressure were markedly decreased (P< 0. 01) in bo groups. Although the hypotensive effect seems better in the treatme group, but the difference was not significant ( P > 0. 05). The bloc sugar and blood lipid metabolism was markedly improved in treatme group, and showed significant different as compared with contn group (P< 0.01) .Conclusion: QSD cas effectively interfere t blood sugar and blood lipid metabolism in hypertension with low gll cose tolerance.
