| 摘 要： | 和谐校园包括文化观念和谐、人与环境和谐和人际和谐。和谐校园建设与素质教育是辩证统一的关系。文化素质教育为和谐校园的建设提供观念条件和实质内容，建设和谐校园有利于实现文化素质教育的理念和内容，建设和谐校园应当遵循主题优位原则、系统原则和历史原则。
