聚丙烯酸树脂Eudragit EPO游离膜机械性质的研究

摘    要: 目的 研究聚丙烯酸树脂Eudragit EPO游离膜的机械性质,考察其影响因素。方法 采用拉伸实验评价游离膜的机械性质,测定抗张强度(σ)、断裂拉伸率(ε)与弹性模量;同时计算相关参数:抗张强度和弹性模量的比值(σ/E)、相对表面能(σ2/2E)、断裂功(W)。结果 抗张强度(σ)、断裂拉伸率(ε)、弹性模量、抗张强度和弹性模量的比值(σ/E)、相对表面能(σ2/2E)、断裂功(W)等参数可以从不同方面评价膜的机械性质。成膜温度、膜厚度和增塑剂浓度显著地影响到聚丙烯酸树脂Eudragit EPO游离膜的机械性质,而成膜时间对游离膜的各项机械学性质影响不大。结论 这些研究可以对包衣工艺和处方筛选提供参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the mechanical properties of film from acrylic polymer Eudragdit EPO which was prepared by a casting method. METHODS Tensile testing was used to determine tensile strength(σ), tensile strain at break (ε) and modulus of elasticity of the film(E). The ratio of tensile strength to tensile strain at break(σ/E), relative surface energy (σ2/2E), work at break(W) were calculated. RESULTS Parameters as σ,ε,E, σ/E, σ2/2E and W was used to evaluate mechanical properties of film from acrylic polymer Eudragdit EPO.CONCLUSION The drying temperature, film thickness and concentration of plasticizer affected the mechanical properties of film significantly, while the film-formation time did not. The study might be helpful for coating process and formulation screen.
