我院尘肺患者肺部感染抗菌药物临床应用分析

目的分析尘肺合并肺部感染患者抗菌药物使用情况,促进尘肺合并肺癌感染患者的合理治疗。方法对我院2007年1月-2011年6月收治的313例尘肺合并肺部感染患者的抗菌药物使用情况进行分析。结果尘肺合并肺部感染患者抗菌药物使用率为100%,联合用药率100%,合理用药率93.7%。结论尘肺合并肺部感染患者使用抗菌药物基本合理,但仍存在诸多弊端,需加强合理治疗的管理。

My courtyard of pneumoconiosis patients with lung infection analysis of clinical application of antibacterial drug

Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics in pneumoconiosis with lung infection and to promote the antibiotics reasonable application.Methods Analyze the antimicrobial drug use in 313 examples of pneumoconiosis with lung infection from January,2007 to june,2011. Results The rate of antimicrobial drug using in pneumoconiosis with lung infection is 100% . the rate of combined application is 100% . The rate of rational use is 93. 7% . Conclusion During the treating of pneumoconiosis with lung infection,antibiotics is used reasonably major part,but there is some individual unreasonable phenomenon. we need to strengthen the management of rational treatment.
