| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定大落伞中野扇花碱D含量的方法。方法：采用ZORBA SB-C1（84.6×150mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1.7%二乙胺（磷酸调pH为7.5）（40：22：38,V/V/V）,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长λ=214nm。结果：野扇花碱D在0.1955μg～0.9975μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程：y=1529x＋11.083,r=0.9997（r=0.9997,n=7）,结论：所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好可做为野扇花碱D的测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective;To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of Sarcovagine D of Sarcococca ruacifolia Stapf.Method;the HPLC system consisted of ZORBA SB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm),in which the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-1.7%diethylamine(40:32:28)with a flow rate 1.0ml/min the column temperature was 30℃and the UV detection wavelength was at 214nm.Results;the linear range was 0.1955μg～0.9975μg and the regression equation of the calibration curve for linear was by y=1529x+11.083,r=0.9997(r=0.9997,n=7).Conclusion;this method is a convenient,accurate and specific for determination of the content of Sarcovagine D of Sarcococca ruacifolia Stapf. |
