胆石症并肝硬变外科处理体会(附66例病例分析)

目的:分析探讨胆石症并肝硬变外科处理的危险性及体会。方法:结合文献回顾性分析总结胆石症合并肝硬变外科处理病案。结果:治愈62例(93.9%),好转2例(3%),死亡2例(3%),发生并发症19例(28.8%),依次为:胆囊床出血、腹水、切口感染、切口裂开、败血症。结论:要充分认识胆石症合并肝硬变手术的危险性,采取相应的措施,才能提高治愈率,减少并发症和降低死亡率。

The analysis of surgical management of 66 patients of cholelithiasis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis

Objective:To evaluate the danger of the surgical management of the cholelithiasis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis and analyze the experiences about these cases.Methods:By consulting relative articles ,these cases treated with surgical mangement were collected and retrospectively analyzed . Results:66 cases were cured , curative rate was 93.9%,2 cases (3%) improved,2 cases (3%) died,and 19 cases (28.8%) had postoperative complications ,which in turn were gallbladder bed bleeding ,new ascites ,infection in incisions ,split of inoisions respectively.Conclusion: To improve the curative rate and reduce the complication and morality ,the danger must be understood and then the corresponding measures must be taken in the surgical management of the cholelithiasis complicated with hepatic cirrhosis patients.
