摘    要: 目的 探讨小鼠腹部心脏移植术的手术技巧及并发症的预防和处理。 方法 雄性昆明(KM)小鼠60只,随机分供、受体2组,采用大鼠Ono术式进行小鼠腹部异位心脏移植,小鼠供体升主动脉与受体腹主动脉端侧吻合,供体肺动脉与受体下腔静脉吻合,实验30例。 结果 实验成功率86.7%(26/30)。取供心时间(9.4±1.2)min,供心修取时间(14.8±1.2)min,受体手术时间(60.4±2.4)min,其中吻合时间(29.8±2.5)min。结论 掌握小鼠心脏移植的显微外科技巧和正确的处理手术并发症,可以成功建立小鼠腹部心脏移植模型。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the biological characteristics of the human embryonic lens epithelial cells infected by rubella virus R16 in vitro. Methods The phase contrast microscope, electron microscope and the techniques of immunocytochemistry were used to study the morphology and growth characters of the rubella virus R16 in the human embryonic lens epithelial cells. Results There were no obvious pathologic changes in the human embryonic lens epithelial cell changes after the rubella virus R16 infection. Those human embryonic lens epithelial cells infected by the virus grew slowly. The virus-related particles were observed in the cytoplasm near the nucleus at 10d post infection. The virion was irregularly spherical, 60-80nm, with a mono-layered lipid membrane. The virions with or without dense core were usually seen around the nucleus. There were no virions or other virus-related particles in the nucleus. Conclusion Rubella virus R16 can reproduce in the human embryonic lens epithelial cells, which is the groundwork for the further study on the pathogenesis of the congenital cataract infected by the rubella virus.
