不同体积脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素10含量动态观察

目的观察急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素10含量的动态变化及与梗死体积大小的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测急性脑梗死患者发病后1天、3天、7天及14天的血清白细胞介素10水平,并按病灶大小分为大、中、小脑梗死组,并进行组间比较。结果脑梗死后第1天,血清白细胞介素10水平与对照组相比差异无显著性,3天后开始上升,7天时达高峰;血清白细胞介素10水平以大梗死组最明显,中、小梗死组次之;14天时恢复至基础水平。结论急性脑梗死患者梗死后3～7天血清白细胞介素10水平显著增高。

Changes of Interleukin-10 in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction of Different Volume

Aim To investigate the change of interleukin-10(IL-10)level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its relation with the volume of infarction.Methods Patients with ACI were divided into three groups of the large,the midst and the small by the volume of infarction and made group comparison.The serum level of IL-10 was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)at 1,3,7 and 14 days after cerebral infarction.Results Compared with control group,the serum level of IL-10 was not increased at 1st day after cerebral infarction,but increased at 3th and 7th day after cerebral infarction,especially in the large size of infarction group,with a maximum increase at 7th day,the midst and the small were lower.The serum level of IL-10 reached the baseline at 14th day.Conclusion The serum level of IL-10 is significantly increased from 3 to 7 days after cerebral infarction.
