生血肾灵治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果

目的观察生血肾灵对慢性肾功能衰竭穴CRF雪患者的疗效。方法在临床上收集了31例CRF处于失代偿期和肾功能衰竭期的患者,随机分为两组,一组给予综合对症治疗,另一组除给予综合对症治疗外加用生血肾灵,疗程2个月,观察患者一般症状、体征的变化,并于治疗前后分别测定24h尿蛋白定量(UP/24h)、血肌酐穴Scr雪、血尿素氮穴BUN雪、血总胆固醇(Tch)和甘油三酯穴Tg雪。分别将两组治疗前后的症状、体征和检测的指标进行对比。结果经生血肾灵治疗后,患者的症状和体征明显改善;UP/24h、Scr、BUN、Tch和Tg较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗后生血肾灵组患者的Scr、BUN、Tch和Tg明显低于单纯综合对症治疗组的患者(P<0.01)。结论生血肾灵能够明显改善早、中期CRF患者的症状和体征,减少尿蛋白,降低血Scr、BUN,改善血脂代谢紊乱,保护残余肾功能。

Effect of ShengXueShenLing Powder on patients with chronic renal failure

Objective To observe the effect of ShengXueShenLing Powder on the patients with chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods The 31 patients with early and metaphase stages of CRF were treated with ShengXueShenLing Powder for two months. The symptoms and signs were observed. The proteinuric quantity of twenty-four hours(UP/24h),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN), total cholesterol(Tch) and triglyceride(Tg) were detected before and after the treatment. The results of the pre-and the post-treatment were contrasted.Results After treatment most of the symptoms were disappeared or alleviative. The UP/24h obviously decreased(P<0.01). The Scr and BUN after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.01). The Tch and Tg after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01). Conclusions ShengXueShenLing Powder is able to improve the symptoms and signs, reduce proteinuria and the concentration of Scr and BUN,correct lipid metabolic disorder of the patients with CRF and retard the progression of CRF.
