| 摘 要： | 进展性卒中的病理生理学机制目前尚不清楚,难以准确预测哪些患者会出现神经功能恶化.卒中早期的血压水平、C-反应蛋白浓度、脑动脉狭窄程度、高血糖和卒中部位等因素与进展性卒中密切相关,对其发生有一定预测价值.

| Abstract: | At present, the pathophysiological mechanisms of progressive stroke remain unclear. It is difficult to accurately predict which patients will have deterioration of neurological function. 1he factors of blood pressure, C-reactive protein concentration, cerebral artery stenosis, hyperglycemia, and infarct location in early stroke are closely associated with progressive stroke. It has some predictive values for its occurrence. |
