| 摘 要： | 总结了105例肝硬化并发上消化道出血的急救护理要点.经过积极全面的急救和护理以及康复指导,105例患者中101例患者出血控制,失血性休克得到及时纠正,肝性脑病和肝肾综合征的发生减少,症状消除出院.认为合理的急救治疗、护理可以较好地控制肝硬化并发上消化道出血,降低复发危险,提高患者生存质量.

| Abstract: | To summarize the key point of emergency care in the treating of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by 1iver cirrhosis.101 patients had a favorable turn and discharged:the bleeding stopped,the symptoms vanished,the hemorrhagic shock was controlled,the occurrence of hepatic encephalopathy and hepatorenal syndrome decreased after hemorrhage.We think that the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by 1iver cirrhosis will be controlled with sarisfactory by reasonable emergency treatment and care,will decrease the recurrence dange and elevate the patients'life quality. |
