对刺法量学要素的商榷

为了避免针灸学的量学研究背离中医学的原则和精神,指出新版中医专业针灸学教材中提出的关于针灸操作的量学要素的一些不妥之处.认为针灸的刺激强度不是一个机械的规定,而是应该根据不同个体对针灸的反应性来定,要"因人制宜";针刺的间隔时间,不应根据西医学的个别指标来定,要重视历史的经验,考虑到临床的可行性.指出针灸学的量学问题是一个复杂而牵涉面广的课题,要花大力气研究才可能得出正确的结论.

Discussion on essential factors of measurement science of needling methods

In order to avoid to deviate from principles and spirit of TCM in measurement science study of acupuncture and moxibustion, this paper indicates some inappropriateness about essential factors of measurement science in manipulation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the new edition of teaching material of acupuncture and moxibustion for the students of TCM. It is held that stimulating intensity of acupuncture and moxibustion is not a mechanical stipulation, but should be determined by the response of different individuality to acupuncture and moxibustion; the interval of acupuncture and moxibustion should not be determined by individual index of western medicine, and should pay attention to historical experience and consider clinical feasibility. It is indicated that measurement science of acupuncture and moxibustion is a complicated and wide problem involved many fields, only when a lot of studies are carried out, correct conclusion may be achieved.
