快速C-反应蛋白在急性呼吸道感染鉴别诊断中的意义

目的:探讨C-反应蛋白作为呼吸道细菌性感染与病毒性感染检测指标在临床应用和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:对内科急诊107例呼吸道感染患者进行血常规测定,并利用免疫比浊法测定其CRP含量。结果:在107例患者中C-反应蛋白含量增高占43%;C-反应蛋白与白细胞同时升高占31.8%;C-反应蛋白与白细胞均正常占29%。结论:C-反应蛋白是鉴别细菌与病毒感染的可靠指标,较白细胞敏感。

Significance of C-reactive protein in the differential diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infection
