福美加与福善美治疗骨质疏松症的可行性及安全性分析

目的：探讨福美加治疗骨质疏松症的治疗方法，评估临床效果。方法：选择我院2012年3月～2015年3月诊治的156例骨质疏松症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各78例。对照组行福善美治疗，观察组行福美加治疗。观察记录治疗6个月后两组患者骨密度值、血清OPG及疗效。结果：两组治疗后骨密度值均显著升高，血清OPG均显著降低（P<0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组骨密度值明显升高，血清OPG明显下降，显效率、有效率及总有效率明显提高（P<0.05）。结论：福美加能有效治疗骨质疏松症，增加患者骨密度，改善血清OPG指标，提高疗效，改善患者生活质量，值得推广。

Blessing Canada feasibility and Fosamax osteoporosis treatment and Safety Analysis

Object:To explore the North American blessing treatment of osteoporosis treatment of patients and evaluate the clinical effect. Method:Our hospital in March 2012 ~ March 2015 diagnosis and treatment of 156 cases of osteoporosis was selected, the observation group and the control group 78 cases were randomly divided. In the control group were rows Fosamax treatment, observation group was blessing Canada line treatment. 6 months after treatment, patients were BMD, serum OPG and treatment effect was observed and recorded. Result:After treatment, bone mineral density values were compared with before treatment were significantly elevated serum OPG was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05). The observation group were compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly increased bone mineral density, serum OPG decreased significantly, markedly effective, efficient and total efficiency improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:Blessing Canada can effectively treat patients with osteoporosis, increased bone mineral density, serum OPG indicators improve, improve treatment efficacy, improved quality of life of patients, should be introduced.
