布地奈德吸入佐治成人社区获得性肺炎疗效观察

目的：评价布地奈德吸入辅助治疗成人社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年1月～2014年6月在我院治疗的CAP患者80例随机分成治疗组及对照组，治疗组（41例），对照组（39例），两组均给予抗感染、抗病毒、止咳、化痰等常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用布地奈德混悬液氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗，2次/d，疗程5d。观察治疗前后患者咳嗽、喘鸣、肺部啰音及CRP值变化。结果：治疗组（有效率95.12%）比对照组（有效率71.79%）更好减轻患者咳嗽、喘鸣症状，减少肺部啰音。治疗组较对照组更明显降低患者血浆中CRP水平，P＜0.01。结论：在常规治疗基础上加用布地奈德吸入辅助治疗成人社区获得性肺炎能改善患者咳嗽、喘鸣、肺部啰音，为常规抗感染赢得时间与机会，使抗感染疗效更确切。

Observation of inhaled budesonid in the treament of community-aquired pneumonia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of inhaled budesonid in the treament of community –aquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods:80 patients with CAP for treatment in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Jun.2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group (41 cases) and control group (39 cases),all people received routine therapy with anti-infective, anti-virus, Antitussive and phlegm.In addition,the treatment group were given budesonide inhaled 2 times a day,a therapeutic course being 5 days.The clinical symptoms of cough, wheezing, pulmonary rales,and C-reactive protein before and after therapy were observed,and the side effects were recorded.Results:Compared with control group(with 71.79%efficiency) ,the treatment group(with 95.12% efficiency) could more significantly relieve coughing, wheezing symptoms and reduce pulmonary rales. Furthermore, the improvement of CRP in treatment group better than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The treatment with the inhalation of budesonid on the basis of conventional treatment could more significantly relieve coughing, wheezing symptoms and reduce pulmonary rales in the treatment of CAP,and gain time and opportunity to make anti-inflammatory more effective.
