莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良及近端胃舒张和胃排空功能的临床疗效

目的：探讨莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良及近端胃舒张和胃排空功能的临床治疗效果。方法：收集我院2013年9月～2015年4月入院的90例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组。对照组给予口服吗丁啉多潘立酮片治疗，实验组口服莫沙必利治疗，比较两组胃排空率及近端胃容积变化情况。结果：实验组及对照组治疗前后胃排空率组内比较差异显著，存在显著差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；实验组治疗后胃排空率显著高于对照组，存在显著差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；实验组治疗后30min近端胃容积均显著小于对照组，存在显著差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良及近端胃舒张和胃排空功能的临床疗效显著，具有借鉴意义。

Mosapride clinical efficacy of functional dyspepsia and proximal stomach relaxation and gastric emptying

Objective:To investigate mosapride functional dyspepsia and clinical treatment of proximal stomach relaxation and gastric emptying.Methods:A hospital from September 2013 to April 2015 admitted 90 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group were treated with oral domperidone domperidone therapy, patients in the experimental group oral mosapride, two groups were compared gastric emptying rate and proximal stomach volume changes and the like. Results: The experimental group and a control group of patients before and after treatment group difference in gastric emptying rate significantly, there was a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); the experimental group patients after gastric emptying rate significantly higher than that patients after gastric emptying rate, there is a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);patients in the experimental group after 30min and 60min proximal stomach volume were significantly lower than the control group patients after 30min and 60min proximal stomach volume, there was a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Con-clusion:Mosapride functional dyspepsia efficacy and proximal stomach relaxation and gastric emptying significantly , with reference.
