行为类型对输卵管结扎者情绪与生理反应的影响

目的：观察不同行为类型输卵管结扎受术者手术应激的焦虑情绪及血皮质醇和血液流变学变化。方法：83例输卵管结扎术受术者，用A型行为问卷评定后分为A型行为和B型行为两组，手术前1周和手术后用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评定焦虑情绪及检验血皮质醇和血液流变学指标。结果：两组受术者手术后SAS评分及血皮质醇和血液流变学指标均较手术前有明显增高，A型行为组增高更显著，结论：行为类型影响输卵管结扎术应激的焦虚情绪及血皮质醇和血液流变学指标。

Changes ofanxiety reaction and hemorrheology in different behavioral type of patients

Objective To study the changes of an xi ety, blood cortisol, and hemorrheology in different behavioral type of patients undergoing vasctomy stress. Method Eighty -three pa tients under going vase ctomy were assessed using type A behavioral question-naire, and according l y divided into two groups, type A behavioral group and type B behavioral group. 1 week before operation,the anxiety reaction was assessed using SAS, the i n dex of blood cortisol and hemorrheology were measured, respectively. Results The SAS scores and the index of blood cortiso l and hemorrheology in these two groups were higher after operation than before operation, especially in the type A behavioral group. Conclusion The behavi oral type is implicated in the anxiety reaction and the index of bloo d cortisol and hemorrheology in vasectomy stress.
