摘    要:目的比较脉宽20~40 ns、频率6 kHz的578.2 nm脉冲铜蒸气激光照射后不同黑色素含量兔视网膜的损伤阈值。方法以青紫蓝灰兔(16只,32只眼),新西兰大耳白兔(13只,26只眼)为实验对象,应用波长578.2mm,脉宽20~40ns的脉冲铜蒸气激光照射兔眼底视乳头下方的后极部,按照眼底功率密度将两组实验对象各分为五组,灰兔435 mW/cm~2、869 mW/cm~2、1 304 mW/cm~2、1948 mW/cm~2、2 898 mW/cm~2组和白兔869 mW/cm~2、1304 mW/cm~2、1593 mW/cm~2、2 174 mW/cm~2、3 043 mW/cm~2组。照光时间100 s,眼底光斑直径2 mm。照光后24 h检眼镜检查视网膜上的曝光点,眼底照相机检查和记录,组织病理学检查兔视网膜的损伤。结果波长578.2 nm,频率为6 kHz的铜蒸气激光,在眼底光斑直径为2 mm,照光时间为100 s的照光条件下,相同功率密度下灰兔视网膜损伤重于白兔。结论在照光时间相同和光斑大小不变的条件下,眼底色素含量是影响激光生物学效应的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective Using the 578.2 nm laser pulses with pulsewidths of 20-40 ns on the retinas of rabbit eyes with different pigment quantity, to compare the retinal injury thresholds in different rabbit eyes.
