摘    要:目的 观察新型非类固醇类抗炎药-舒林酸对实验性高钙尿症的防治作用,探讨其可能机制。方法 建立大鼠实验性高钙尿症模型,观察舒林酸治疗后2周和4周尿Ga、尿Ca/Cr、尿NAG/Cr以及肾和十二指肠Ca^2+ATP酶(钙泵)的变化。结果 2周和4周时尿Ca、尿Ca/Cr、尿NAG/Cr及肾和十二指肠Ca^2+ATP酶均显著下降(P〈0.01),24h尿钙定量与尿ANG/Cr值呈正相关(P〈0.01)。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effects of sulindac(a new type of NSAIDs)on experimental hypercalciuria and to clarify its pharmacological mechanism. METHODOLOGY The urine calcium creatinine ratio(Ca/Cr),24 hour quantitative urinary calcium(UCa),N acetyl beta D glucosaminidase creatinine ratio(NAG/Cr)and activity of Ca 2 ATPase in both kidney and duodenum were measured after 2 and 4 weeks treatment with sulindac in rat models of hypercalciuria established by injection of vitamin D3. RESULTS Ca/Cr,Uca,NAG/Cr and Ca 2 ATPase of target tissues were significantly decreased in rats treated with sulindac as compared to rats injected with vitamin D3.A significant positive relationship was found beween UCa and NAG/Cr. CONCLUSION Sulindac displays a remarkable anti calciuric action through down regulating Ca 2 ATPase in the target tissue.
