阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的 观察阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效以及对肝纤维化的影响.方法 采用前瞻性对照研究方法,将符合纳入标准的134例患者随机分为治疗组68例,对照组66例.治疗组给予阿德福韦酯10mg,口服,1次/d.连续48周为1疗程.对照组采用常规保肝降酶治疗.结果 治疗组HBV-DNA定量水平有明显下降同时血清肝纤维化指标亦明显下降(P＜0.01).结论 阿德福韦酯在有效抗病毒治疗同时改善了慢性肝纤维化的进展,有助于患者远期预后的改善.
