带教老师关怀行为与手术室实习护士人文关怀能力的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨带教老师关怀行为对手术室实习护士人文关怀能力的相关性。方法以2018年3月—2020年3月进入深圳宝安区妇幼保健院手术室实习的护士80名为研究对象,采用一般情况调查量表获取护生相关信息,采用中文版护士人文关怀能力量表、护士关怀行为量表进行评价,分析带教老师关怀行为与手术室实习护士人文关怀能力的相关性。结果手术室实习护士人文关怀能力评分为72.14±2.44分,带教老师关怀行为评分为102.43±9.54分;不同学历水平、在校学习过人文课程、与亲友或同学关系、专业态度的手术室实习护士关怀能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析得到,带教老师关怀行为与手术室实习护士人文关怀能力呈正相关性(r=0.618,P<0.001)。结论手术室实习护士人文关怀能力处于中等水平,其与带教老师关怀行为呈正相关性,临床护理教学管理中,应规范带教老师关怀行为,为提升护生人文关怀能力创造良好环境。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the caring behavior of clinical teachers and the humanistic caring ability of practice nurses in operating room.Methods To select 80 nurses who entered the operating room of Shenzhen Bao’an District Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 as the study subjects.The general situation survey scale was used to obtain relevant information of nursing students,and the Chinese version of the nurses’humanistic caring ability scale and the nurse’s caring behavior scale were used for evaluation,and the correlation between the caring behavior of the clinical teachers and the humanistic caring ability of the practice nurses in the operating room was analyzed.Results The humanistic caring ability of practice nurses in operating room was 72.14±2.44 points,and the caring behavior of clinical teachers was 102.43±9.54 points.In terms of the comparison among the caring ability of practice nurses with diff erent educational levels in operating room,humanities courses studied in school,relationship with relatives,friends or classmates,and professional attitudes of the caring ability of practice nurses in operating room,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the caring behavior of the teachers was positively correlated with the humanistic caring ability of the practice nurses in the operating room(r=0.618,P<0.001).Conclusion The humanistic caring ability of practice nurses in operating room was at a medium level,and it was positively correlated with the caring behavior of clinical teachers.In clinical nursing teaching management,the caring behavior of clinical teachers should be standardized to create a good environment for enhancing the humanistic caring ability of nursing students.
