Analysis of factors infl uencing adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with heart disease

Objective To investigate the related factors of the adverse pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with heart disease in order to take corresponding preventive nursing measures was set as the study subject.Methods A total of 240 pregnant women with heart disease during pregnancy in our hospital between November 2017 and November 2019 were selected.Among them,30 cases with adverse pregnancy outcomes were classifi ed as a bad outcome group(case group),and the remaining 210 cases with good pregnancy outcomes were classifi ed as a normal outcome group(Control group).The relevant data of the two groups of pregnant women were collected and statistically processed to analyze the independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the complicated hypertension,pregnancy times was≥4 times,and cardiac function classifi cation(ⅢorⅣ)were all independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnancy heart disease.Conclusion The complicated hypertension,pregnancy times was≥4 times,and cardiac function classifi cation(ⅢorⅣ)were all independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnancy heart disease,and the pregnant women with higher levels of cardiac function had a higher incidence of adverse pregnancy.The above independent risk factors should be paid attention to,and corresponding preventive intervention measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy.
