| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中癌胚抗原（CEA）测定对周围型肺癌的诊断价值。方法采用免疫放射分析法（IRMA）测定27例周围型肺癌患者和18例肺良性病变患者BALF和血清中CEA的水平。结果肺癌组BALF和血清中CEA明显高于肺良性疾病组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；肺癌组BALF中CEA水平高于血清中，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论BALF中CEA对于鉴别诊断周围型肺癌、肺部良性疾病有较好的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of peripheral lung cancer of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF).Methods Measures were made and analyzed on CEA in BALF and serum of 26 patients with peripheral lung cancers and 19 patients with benign lung diseases.Results Values of CEA in BALF and serum concentration in peripheral lung cancer was significantly higher than those in benign lung diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion BALF has a preferable clinical value in differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and benign lung diseases.It provides useful information for early diagnosis of disease in patients with peripheral lung cancer. |
