镍铬合金表面金泥涂层光洁度的实验研究

摘    要:目的通过使用超细筛网提高镍铬合金表面金泥涂层的光洁度。方法在镍铬合金表面分别直接涂布、使用100目、300目、500目、800目筛网涂布金泥,在烤瓷炉中820℃烧结5 min,抛光前、后观察金泥涂层表面形貌,并用表面轮廓测量仪测量表面粗糙度。结果抛光前后金泥涂层随应用筛网目数增加依次变得平整、光滑,使用500目、800目筛网涂布的金泥涂层抛光前、后表面粗糙度显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在镍铬合金表面涂布金泥时,使用超细筛网可提高涂层表面光洁度。

Abstract:Objective To improve the smoothness of the gold-paste layer fused to Ni-Cr alloy with sieve.Methods We painted Ni-Cr alloy with gold-paste directly and with 100 mu,300mu,500 mu and 800 mu sieve separately,and then we baked them at 820 ℃ for 5 minutes.We observed the surface of the gold-paste and tested the surface roughness before and after polishing.Results The gold-paste layer became smoother as the number of mu of sieve increased before or after polishing.The surface roughness reduced prominently with 500 mu and 800 mu sieve(P<0.05).Conclusion When we paint Ni-Cr alloy with gold-paste,using the sieve is an effective method to improve the smoothness of the gold-paste layer.
