大学生创造力倾向与人格特征的关系研究

目的探讨大学生创造力倾向和人格特征的关系。方法采用EPQ和威廉斯创造力倾向量表对180名大学生进行问卷调查。结果（1）人格的内外向维度与冒险性、好奇性、想象力、挑战性、创造力总分均呈显著正相关;神经质与想象力呈显著正相关;精神质与好奇性、挑战性呈显著负相关。（2）内外向对创造力总分以及创造力各维度均有显著的正向预测作用;神经质能正向预测想象力;精神质可以负向预测好奇性和挑战性。（3）大学生创造力越高,越外向,精神质倾向越弱。结论大学生的创造力倾向与人格特征的关系密切。

A study on the relations of the creative tendency among college students to their personality

Objective To explore the relationship between college students＇ creative tendency and their personality characterstics.Methods Scale of William＇s Creativity and EPQ were employed to survey 180 college students.Results（1）The college students＇ creativity tendency has significant positive correlation with extroversion;on the other hand,among the college students there are also significant positive correlation between neuroticism and imaginative power,while significant negative correlation exists between psychoticism and inquisitiveness,challenge.（2） Extroversion can positively predict college students＇ creative tendency,while psychoticism can negatively predict college students＇ inquisitiveness and challenge.（3）On extroversion and psychoticism of the personality characterstics,there are significant difference between the students with high creativity and the ones with low creativity.The students with high creativity tend to be less psychotic and more extroverted,and on the contrary,the students with low creativity tend to be more psychotic and introverted.Conclusion There are intimate relationship between college students＇ creative tendency and their personality characterstics.
