82例肺结核患者的营养状况调查分析

目的通过对肺结核患者的营养状况调查和对照分析,探讨该类患者合理的营养支持建议。方法将本院2006-2008年住院的82例肺结核患者设为试验组,将本院体检的正常人群78例作为对照组。监测两组患者的身体质量指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(HB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)等生化指标。结果试验组的体质指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数明显低于对照组;试验组的营养不良发生率显著高于对照组,具有统计学显著性差异(P0.05)。结论肺结核患者营养不良的发生率较高,应尽早对患者进行营养支持治疗,促进患者康复。

Analysis on nutrition status in 82 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis
