气血津液病变治从脾胃论

阐述了气血津液与脾胃在生理、病理关系方面的论述和气血津液临床证治的探讨,认为脾胃既是气血津液的生化之源,也是导致气血津液病变的根本所在;由于二者相互间的生理关系,在气血津液因其他原因而发生病变后,也可影响脾胃而致脾胃发生病变。因而,在临证治疗中,无论证情有多么复杂,都应以脾胃为核心,或健脾、补脾、温脾,或运脾、和胃,导滞,治脾胃即所以治气血津液,治气血津液即当从脾胃做文章,启示了治气血津液病的门径,当从脾胃论治,又提出了气血津液病皆从脾胃调理论治的方法及临床验案,表明了用调理脾胃在治疗气血津液病中亦获良效,强调了调理脾胃的重要性。所以,用调理脾胃之法,在临证时,只要能使脾胃强健,就能杜绝许多疾病的产生,从而减少发病的机会。

Pathogenic Changes of Qi Blood and Phlegm are Treated by the Way of Treating the Stomach and Spleen

Reports the physiological and pathogenical relations of Qi,blood and phlegm with the spleen and the stomach.The author believes that the spleen and the stomach are the sourses of Qi,blood and phlegm as well as a root of their pathogenic changes.Because of their physiological relations,pathogenic changes of Qi,blood and phlegm brought about by other causes can affect the spleen and the stomach in turn.So in spite of how complicated the symptoms are,the treatment should focus on the spleen and the stomach,which is to strengthen or nourish or warm or activate the spleen or regulate the stomach or remove obstruction.The treatise proposes that Qi,blood and phlegm should be treated by way of treating the spleen and the stomach,and explains some treatments summarized by the author in his medical practice.He believes that many diseases can be prevented if the spleen and the stomach are healthy enough.
