高原地区宫腔镜检查不孕症患者120例临床分析

目的通过宫腔镜检查了解和分析高原地区不孕症患者的宫腔内病变情况,寻找该省不孕症发病率高的原因。方法选择门诊不孕症患者120例行宫腔镜检查,在检查的同时对86例患者行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液,从而了解宫腔内病变及输卵管通畅情况。结果120例不孕症患者中,正常宫腔者25例,占20.8%,有宫腔病变者95例,占79.50%,二者差异有显著性,P<0.005,86例患者中发现完全通畅者11例,占12.8%,输卵管不通者及通而不畅者75例,占87.20%。二者差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论该省不孕症发病率全国最高,约占19.08%,经调查和研究发现,这主要与该省地处高原,社会经济发展相对落后,文化卫生水平较差及一些民族习俗的不同等多种因素有关。

Clinical analysis of 120 cases of sterility in plateau area with application of palace cavity scope

[Objective] To explore the cause of high rate of sterility in our province by applying the palace cavity scope to examine and analyze the pathological situation of palace cavity. [Methods] To choose 120 patients of sterility and examine them with palace cavity scope, at the same time, insert pipe into oviduct to judge the situation of palace cavity and oviduct in 86 cases. [Results] In the 120 cases, 25 cases were normal(20.8%), 95 cases had pathological changes (79.5%), with greatly difference, P <0.005, 11 cases were completely unobstructed in their oviducts (12.8%) in 86 cases of sterility, 75 cases were obstructive or unobstructive partly (87.2%), with greatly difference, P <0.01. [Conclusion] The cases of sterility in our province is the highest in china(19.08%), investigation and research show that it is mainly caused by the following reasons: the unagreeable weather in the plateau area, undeveloped economy, bad sanitation and poor health condition, and unhealthful customs etc.
