摘    要:采用Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase电镜细胞化学方法,观察在高压氧(0.25MPa)和高压氧中毒情况下(0.52MPa)小鼠肺毛细血管Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase活性的分布、活性强度与超微结构改变之间的联系,并用计算机图像定量分析方法对酶活性进行了14个参数的定量分析,这些定量参数表明,高压氧条件下。肺毛细血管Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase活性升高,在高压氧中毒(0.52MPa)条件下,肺毛细血管Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPasc活性减弱。

Abstract:The relationships between the localization and changes of Na -K -ATPase and theChanges of ultrastructure in mouse lung capillaries in hyperbaric oxygen(0.25MPa) and hyperbaricoxygen intoxication (0.52MPa) were studied using the ultra-cytochemical methods of Na -K -ATPase.A quantiative analysis of 14 parameters of the enzymative activities was made using animage analyser.The results showed that the activities of Na -K -ATPase were apparently increasedin hyperbaric oxygen(0.25MPa) and were decreased in hyperbaric oxygen intoxication( 0.52MPa).
