摘    要:研究神经植入术后,游离神经末梢和触觉小体的再生过程。方法;利用免疫组织化学染色技术对感觉神经末硝和触觉小体的再生形态和比例观察。正常皮肤内触觉小体人布广泛,神经末硝均匀分布,失神经后8个月仅在皮下有少量神经纤维。而神经埋置术后1个月可有纤维再生。至5个月逐渐恢复正常。触觉小体的再生开始于神经植入后3个月。12个月时已达90%。结论神经植入术有利于周围神经损伤后感觉功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective: Research for regeneration pattern of free nerve endings and meissner corpuscles after implanting nerve into denerve skin of monkey finger. Methods: Immuno histochemical staining was used to observe the regeneration morphology and ratio of free nerve endings to meissner corpuscles. Results: Meissner corpucles in skin of normal monkey finger were widely distributed and free nerve endings were fairly well distributed in skin. Eight months after denerve there were a few of nerve filaments in subcutaneous and were no meissner corpuscles nerve endings regeneration in 1st month after nerve implantation, which then gradually reached normal level after 6 months. Meissner corpuscles regeneration began 3 months later. Regneration ratio reached 90% in 12th month after nerve implantation. Conclusion: Implantation nerve is beneficial to recovery of sensory function after nerve degeneration.
