摘    要:目的:用有限元研究方法分析当不同牙位咬合载荷加载时对颢下颌关节应力的影响。方法:利用所建的咬合与颞下颌关节有限元模型,采用类关节盘上表面、下颌角位移约束,设计左侧下颌不同牙位咬合接触面加载工况,分析双侧髁突处应力分布的规律。结果:咬合加载牙位不同,双侧髁突上应力效应明显不同,其中髁突外、中、前、顶等处为承受较高压强的区域。结论:单侧不同牙位咬合加载,将引起双侧髁突应力效应变化。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the stress distribution of TMJ when position of teeth loads were changed. Methods: According to tooth's different position in the arc, FEM models are applied with upright loads. Constraints were applied to the upper surface of disc and angle of mandible .we investigate the stress distribution of the condyle. Results: When the model loaded with different patterns of stress by altering teeth location,TMJ stress transformation can be infered and relationship between occlusion and TMJ maybe revealed. Conclusion: By adjusting occlusal contact location as for different teeth ,the bilateral condyle stress will occur corresponding changes.
