| 摘 要： | 黄芪、天麻中含有较丰富地人体必需微量元素。而人体内的微量元素含量的多少与生长、发育、健康、衰老及心脑血管疾病的发生和防治等均有密切关系。我们检查了３９例健康老年人及９８例患有心脑血管疾病老年人头发中的６种微量元素，上述病人在服用黄芪、天麻前后头发中微量元素的变化。研究结果表明黄芪、天麻对调节体内微量元素的含量，预防和治疗心脑血管疾病有较好地效果。

| Abstract: | Astragalus membranaceus and Gastrodia elata contain rich essential trace elements needed by the body,The content of trace elements in the body is closely related to the growth,development health,senility and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.We have examined six trace elements in the hair of 39 healthy old people and 98 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and chagesn of trace elements in the hair before and after;administering Astragalus membranaceus and Gastrodia elata,The result shows that Astragalus membrancus and Gastrodia elata have better effect on regulating the content of trace elements in the body,preventingand treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
