论医务社会工作本土化过程中的伦理困境及对策——以“案主自决”原则与中国本土价值观冲突为例

通过对“案主自决”原则与中国本土价值观冲突而引发的伦理困境的分析研究,即“案主自决”原则与中国传统家庭伦理观念以及与案主个人价值观念的冲突.指出了医务社会工作本土化伦理困境产生的原因：中西方医务社会工作起源与工作目标不同;中西方文化价值观念的差异.针对此提出了主张在专业伦理原则中适当嵌入本土价值观的对策：“案主自决”原则中家庭主义观念的嵌入;“案主自决”原则中适当介入医务社工个人价值观.

Ethical Dilemmas and Related Solutions for Localization of Medical Social Work: Taking Conflicts Between "Self Determination" Principle and Chinese Local Values for Example

This paper focuses on the ethical dilemmas caused by conflicts between ＂ self determination＂ principle and Chinese local values,which means the conflicts between this principle with traditional family ethics and personal values of clients.The reasons for these ethical dilemmas include：different origins,work purposes and culture values in the process of localization of medical social work in China.And the related solutions were put forward that professional ethical principles could combine with Chinese local values,such as embedding traditional family ethics and individual values into ＂ self-determfination＂ principle.
