医学伦理学“一贯制”教育模式探索

摘    要:通过论述“一贯制”教学模式的概念、意义、现状,提出了“一贯制”教学模式“三结合、两兼顾和一强调”的初步设想.并在此基础上针对不同的年级,提出了具体的对策,主要表现在三个方面:首先,在大一年级的适应与起步阶段,应重点进行入学、基础医学、医德规范教育;其次,处于调整、发展、稳定阶段的二、三年级,应开设专业课程、医学生人文精神、医事法律教育;最后,对定型、职业起步阶段的四、五年级医学生来说,必须加强临床实习、医患关系、医德实践方面教育.

Abstract:The concept of educational pattern of consistent system and its significance as well as present situation were discussed.An educational pattern of consistent system for medical ethics was proposed.The specific countermasures for different grade:for freshmen,should focus on admission,basic medicine,medical ethics education; for grade two and three,should carry out professional courses,medical students'humanistic spirit and medical law education; finally,for medical students of grade 4 and grade 5,should strengthen clinical practice,the doctor-patient relationship,medical ethics education.
